Documentary photography trainings

We train human rights workers, media specialists, journalists, organizations and individuals in documentary photography skills. Students apply these skills to their jobs, social change in their communities, and use their images to get the stories of their communities into the international spotlight.  Curriculums include technical photography skills, journalism ethics, and publishing techniques. 

photography for expression and voice

We work with underserved, at-risk and unheard populations, empowering individuals and groups to find a voice in their communities. Workshops focus on storytelling and communicating emotion and personal experience.

exhibits

Many of our workshop series culminate in exhibits, with a focus on interactivity and community engagement.
